Customer Service - Training Provided

Job Requirements

  • On the job training provided
  • Basic computer skill set required
  • Experience answering the phones
  • Must be proficient in navigating software programs
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Must be comfortable with adapting to changes quickly
  • Must have the ability to quickly and accurately enter service request information

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle calls regarding office equipment needs and dispatch our technicians
  • Enters service tickets into dispatching software
  • Provide customer service to clients regarding updates and progress on ticketed incidents
  • Acts as the main point of contact for escalated service requests
  • Schedule and assemble technical resources as needed
  • Collaborate with internal office and field staff to accomplish tasks
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards
  • Other duties as assigned
