As a lead generator, it is your job to set up appointments and find potential clients for the sales team. Our sales team will rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods for finding potential new customers. Your primary tool is the phone, though you also might find new business through email and social media campaigns. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!
What you will be doing
- Responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives
- Collaboratively work with sales, GM and leadership team to develop lead generation strategies and to generate lead opportunities
- Participate in sales meetings, discuss, review and share lead generation strategies
- Achieve sales lead generation and appointment quotas
- Research, track, maintain and update leads
- Ability to Identify your target audience
- Create engaging content
- Create a sales funnel
- Utilize CRM and other sales engagement tools to manage and track all leads

- Show a proven track record achieving sales lead generation and appointment quotas

- Good time management, strategic planning and organizational skills
- High school Diploma, GED required
