Installation & Training Specialist

Job Description

  • Installation for both multi-functional copiers and printers
    • Install print drivers
    • Ensure scan functions are set up/working properly i.e., scan to email, scan to folder
  • Train customers on the features and how to use multi-functional copiers and printers
  • Backup support for Level 1 Helpdesk
  • Customer support both onsite and over the phone
  • Technical support for the sales staff on various products and solutions
  • Assist with customer escalations and questions

Job Requirements

  • Experience working with customers both in person and over the phone
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Good communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Experience answering the phones a plus
  • Safe driving record required
  • The ability to multitask
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Attentiveness and patience
  • Copier and printer experience a plus
