Job Responsibilities
- Handle calls regarding office equipment needs and dispatch our technicians
- Enters service tickets into dispatching software
- Provide customer service to clients regarding updates and progress on ticketed incidents
- Acts as the main point of contact for escalated service requests
- Schedule and assemble technical resources as needed
- Collaborate with internal office and field staff to accomplish tasks
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards
- Other duties as assigned
