We are a new ISBS customer, and we want to make sure that you are aware that Tom is delivering amazing service for your organization. He has been extremely patient and positive in helping us get up to speed with our new copier, and highly effective in troubleshooting our IT issues and the idiosyncrasies of our office setup. He is so personable and a pleasure to work with. His technical skills are excellent. We are sorry to see him move into more of an office capacity, but he assures he has trained his replacement well!
