We are seeking a Solutions Sales Representative to join our dynamic team, dedicated to ensuing long-lasting customer relationships.
This position is responsible for generating revenue through strategic business solutions with existing customers, while also identifying new opportunities/new business
What you will be doing:
Sell ISBS services and solutions through a consultative approach
Prospect via cold calling, phone calls, marketing, LinkedIn and other lead generation avenues to reach decision makers
Manage accounts and design solutions based on the needs of the client
Present the ISBS vision and value proposition
Build long term relationship with clients
Cross sell to current clients
Manage territory and pipeline
Conduct Quarterly Partnership Reviews with Clients
Work with management to write proposals and negotiate service offerings
Utilize CRM and other sales engagement tools to manage and track all leads
Ensure KPI targets are being met to include but not limited to call volume targets
Generate net-new qualified appointments
Who are you:
Experience with B2B sales and account management
Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit with high energy, positive attitude and a competitive drive

High School Diploma, GED Required
College degree a plus
